Education information for overseas Koreans
■ Definition : An educational institution established in a foreign country in order to provide Koreans living abroad with education in accordance with Korea's primary and secondary education.
■ Objective : To provide education linked with that of Korea for children of short-term residents and help children of permanent residents better understand their mother country, thereby fostering talented individuals with a sense of ethnic identity.
